For Professionals

Nebraska Healthcare Solutions works with individuals, families, health care professionals and community organizations when additional support may be beneficial.

Our services are designed to complement existing care rather than replace the physicians, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, social workers, therapists or other professionals already involved.

Depending on the circumstances, support may include community-based nursing services, patient and caregiver education, care coordination, resource navigation, practical health care support and professional education.

All services are considered according to applicable professional scope, authorization, supervision and regulatory requirements.

Referrals and Collaboration

Professionals may contact Nebraska Healthcare Solutions regarding individuals or families who could benefit from additional assistance outside the services immediately available through their organization.

We will review the circumstances, determine whether the requested assistance falls within our capabilities and identify whether Nebraska Healthcare Solutions is an appropriate resource.
