Circle weaving!

I LOVE this!

Renee does an exceptional job at not only learning new skills, but once learned stepping those skills up a notch, two or three.

This weaving has everything I enjoy seeing in tapestry weavings: color, interest, style, multiple techniques, texture and a great color combination.

Fuzzy and cute, I just want to hug it!

Even the rim of the embroidery hoop is woven. There's soumak, tabby, rya, wrapping and lattice stitching. Circle weaving really make a stand with a dramatic center--Renee's doesn't disappoint with the embroidery and wrapping.
