The Center for Creative Arts Omaha is an independent creative arts space supporting artists, exhibitions, workshops and hands-on exploration of materials and artistic processes.
Located in Omaha's Center Mall, the Center provides opportunities for artists and the public to come together through exhibitions, demonstrations, classes, collaborative projects and other creative experiences.
Our focus extends beyond the finished object. We are interested in how art develops — through experimentation, materials, technique, research and the individual creative process.

Art doesn’t begin with the finished piece. It begins with curiosity — a material, an idea, an experiment, a question or sometimes an accident.
The Center for Creative Arts Omaha celebrates that process. Our programming creates room for artists to show completed work while also providing opportunities for people to encounter the research, experimentation and techniques behind creative practice.
